Compare Party Bus Rentals in Lancaster
Partybuslancester.com is a quote-comparison website — not a transportation company, not a motor carrier, and not a bus operator. It does not own vehicles or provide trips directly. What it does is make it incredibly easy to fill out one quick request and instantly see pricing and vehicles from a network of independently owned bus companies serving Lancaster and the surrounding region.
Instead of calling five companies, describing your trip five times, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up — you fill out one form and compare options side by side. No account required, no obligation, free to use any time.

The network covers everything from 14-passenger Sprinter limos to 56-passenger charter buses. That means you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date.

Choose the Lancaster Bus Amenities You Need
Amenities vary by vehicle and company, but the network gives you real options to match your trip. Party buses typically come loaded with LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and wraparound perimeter seating — right for a bachelorette night or a birthday crawl through downtown Lancaster. Minibuses offer reclining seats and strong climate control, which makes them a natural fit for Lancaster County's warm summer wedding season or a shuttle run between corporate offices.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage storage and onboard restrooms, which matters a lot on a long haul to Philadelphia or a full-day field trip. You can compare amenities side by side when you pull up your quote.

Lancaster Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Lancaster party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle, the date, and how many hours you need. As a planning reference, party bus prices in Lancaster generally run $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$500 per hour on weekends depending on the size — a 25-passenger party bus typically falls in the $250–$375/hour range on a Saturday, while a 40–56 passenger charter bus tends to run $200–$350/hour regardless of day. Per-day rates for full-size charter buses range from roughly $1,350 to $2,850.
These are planning ranges, not quotes — the actual price moves with your date, group size, itinerary length, and demand on that weekend.

See Lancaster Party Bus Options in One Place
Because Lancaster is a smaller market, groups here often run into the same problem: they call one company, find out it's booked or doesn't have the right size vehicle, and start over from scratch. Partybuslancester.com solves that by pulling options from a network of companies all at once — so your date, your group size, and your budget get matched against real availability instead of one fleet's calendar.
Lancaster has a real mix of trip types that demand very different vehicles. A Fulton Theatre concert group of 18 needs something completely different from a 45-person corporate team heading to Spooky Nook for a conference. A bride shuttling 30 guests between a downtown Lancaster hotel and a farm venue outside Lititz needs a different setup than a group of 12 doing a winery tour through Strasburg.
This site gives you the ability to compare all of those options — vehicles, capacity, amenity sets, and pricing — in one place, in seconds. No account, no sales pressure, no obligation. Just options.
Call 223-365-4360 any time or fill out the form online to get started.
Group Transportation Options in Lancaster
From airport runs to Lancaster and Harrisburg, concerts at the American Music Theatre, wedding shuttles between farm venues and hotel blocks, prom nights, winery tours through the county, and everything in between — Partybuslancester.com covers it all. Whatever your group needs in Lancaster, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it.

Lancaster Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Lancaster Airport (LNS) (500 Airport Rd, Lititz, PA 17543) is a small regional facility with limited commercial service — most Lancaster travelers flying with major carriers use Harrisburg International Airport (MDT), about 40 minutes west on Route 283, or Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), roughly 75 miles southeast on Route 30 to I-76. Both routes are manageable in light traffic and genuinely miserable when they're not. Route 283 toward MDT hits congestion at the US-30 interchange during morning rush, and the Schuylkill Expressway approach to PHL is one of the more reliably slow stretches in the state.
For groups flying out together — a destination wedding party, a corporate team, a school trip — a charter bus or minibus from Lancaster handles all of that without anyone worrying about who's carpooling with whom or where to leave cars for four days. Gather at one pickup point, load luggage into the undercarriage bays, and arrive at the terminal without the I-76 toll math. Call 223-365-4360 to set up your Lancaster airport shuttle today.

Lancaster Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Lancaster bachelorette party has a genuinely fun routing problem: the best stops are scattered. Decades (27 E King St), McCleary's Public House on North Queen, and the Iron Hill Brewery on North Queen all sit within walking distance of Penn Square — but the evening rarely stays downtown. Groups add a winery leg out toward Lititz or a stop at Lancaster Distilleries (112 N Water St, Lancaster, PA 17603), which means someone has to drive back at 11pm or everyone's splitting four rideshares in the dark.
A Lancaster bachelorette party bus with LED lighting and a Bluetooth sound system keeps the whole group together from the first pickup through the last drop-off. The 20- and 25-passenger sizes are a sweet spot for most Lancaster bachelorette groups — big enough for the whole squad, small enough to navigate downtown streets. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375.
Call 223-365-4360 to see what's available on your date.

Lancaster Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable ways to open a Sweet 16 or quinceañera in Lancaster — and the venues here span everything from banquet halls along Route 30 to restored farmhouses outside the city. Whether the reception is at the Loft at Landis Valley or a hall in Manheim, a Lancaster birthday party bus rental picks up the group in style and drops everyone at the door without the chaos of coordinating a dozen cars through unfamiliar roads.
For adult milestone birthdays hitting the downtown Lancaster bar scene — King Street, North Queen Street, and the Taproom on Chocolate Avenue — a 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps the group together through every stop. Weekend evening rates for a 20-passenger bus run $275–$350 per hour. Party buses in this size range typically come with LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and a Bluetooth sound system.
Use the online quote tool or call 223-365-4360 to check availability for your date.

Lancaster Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The American Music Theatre (2425 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA 17602) seats 1,600 and draws touring acts year-round — parking in the surface lots around Lincoln Highway East fills fast on sold-out nights, and the lot exits back onto Route 30, which is already busy during show let-out. Groups of 15–30 heading to AMT are a natural fit for a minibus: you arrive together, skip the lot-exit queue, and the pickup is handled when the show ends instead of everyone scrambling for rideshares on Lincoln Highway.
For larger shows at Giant Center in Hershey (550 W Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033) — about 35 miles north on Route 72 to Route 322 — a charter bus makes the numbers work. Giant Center seats 10,500 for most events, and the Route 422 corridor toward Hershey backs up significantly post-show. A charter bus drops your group curbside and handles the return while everyone is still in the parking lot trying to exit.
Call 223-365-4360 for Lancaster concert bus rental pricing.

Lancaster Corporate Event Transportation
Lancaster County's corporate geography is spread out — offices in Lititz, Mountville, and East Petersburg aren't walking distance from anything, and parking at most county business parks is a non-issue until you need to move 40 people to a team event at Spooky Nook Sports and back before 6pm. A minibus or charter bus handles that shuttle run cleanly: one vehicle, one pickup point, everyone arrives at the same time, and nobody's leaving a car in a lot overnight.
For larger conferences at the Lancaster County Convention Center (25 S Queen St, Lancaster, PA 17603), downtown parking is metered and the nearby garages fill during peak convention weekdays. Groups coming in from suburban hotels — the Marriott on Route 30, the Eden Resort & Suites on Eden Road — save the parking math entirely by booking a Lancaster corporate shuttle bus. The convention center sits a block off Penn Square, and a minibus can stage on South Queen Street for easy load-in.
Call 223-365-4360 to discuss group rates for your next Lancaster corporate event.

Lancaster Private Event Transportation Services
Lancaster draws a steady calendar of large private events — the PA Dutch country tourism corridor, the Long's Park Amphitheater Summer Music Series (1441 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601), and the annual Lititz Chocolate Walk each December all pull significant crowds into the county. For private groups organizing around any of these — family reunions, church groups, alumni weekends — a charter bus keeps everyone on the same itinerary without the usual caravan math of who's following whom on Route 501.
The bigger private event challenge in Lancaster is the county's rural geography. Venues like Bear Mill Estate & Inn outside of Denver, PA, or barn wedding venues along Millport Road don't have parking lots — they have fields. A charter bus drops your group at the venue entrance and returns when the event ends, which is a completely different experience than 25 cars trying to park in a mowed field after dark.
Call 223-365-4360 to set up your Lancaster private event bus rental.

Lancaster Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Lancaster County runs late April through May, with schools including Manheim Township, Penn Manor, Hempfield, and McCaskey all holding their events within roughly a six-week window. That's a lot of demand hitting the same vehicle network at the same time. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing or no availability on your date.
Waiting until March is not a strategy — it is how groups end up with vehicles that don't match what they wanted at prices that don't match what they planned.
A Lancaster prom party bus in the 18–25 passenger range is the standard for most high school groups, and the LED lighting and sound systems are a given at that size. Booking early also locks in the pickup windows your group actually wants — not whatever's left. Call 223-365-4360 now to check what's still open on your date.

Lancaster School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School groups in Lancaster County have excellent day-trip options within 90 minutes in every direction — Gettysburg National Military Park (1195 Baltimore Pike, Gettysburg, PA 17325) is about 55 miles southwest on Route 30, the Landis Valley Village & Farm Museum (2451 Kissel Hill Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601) is right in the county, and The State Museum of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg is an easy 40 minutes on Route 283.
A Lancaster school event charter bus handles all of it — overhead bins for backpacks, undercarriage storage for gear, onboard restrooms on select vehicles for longer hauls. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; just mention it when you request your quote. Teachers and trip coordinators can reach the support team any time at 223-365-4360 to confirm vehicle size for their headcount and get a quote that fits the school's budget.

Lancaster Sporting Event Transportation
The Lancaster Stormers play at Penn Medicine Park (650 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603) in the heart of downtown — a fun stadium with tight surrounding streets and metered parking that runs out fast on a Friday night game. Groups of 20–40 heading to a Stormers game are ideal for a minibus: drop-off right on Prince Street, pickup at the same spot after the final out, and none of the post-game parking lot wait.
For Philadelphia sports — Eagles games at Lincoln Financial Field, Phillies at Citizens Bank Park — a charter bus from Lancaster makes the trip on I-76 East and drops your group directly at the stadium. Lincoln Financial Field seats about 67,600, and the parking lots around Broad Street and Pattison Avenue run $40–$60 on game days. A charter bus splits that cost across the group instead of paying it per car, and pickup is right there at the curb when the game ends.
Call 223-365-4360 for Lancaster sporting event bus rental pricing.

Lancaster Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Lancaster County has become one of Pennsylvania's most sought-after wedding destinations, and the venue geography creates a real transportation problem: most of the best barn and farm venues — Stonemill at Toad Hollow, The Barn at Silverstone, venues along Newport Road outside Ronks — are not accessible by rideshare in any reliable way after 10pm. Guests staying at the Lancaster Marriott or the Eden Resort & Suites (222 Eden Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601) need a shuttle that runs on your timeline, not a surge-priced app's timeline.
A Lancaster wedding shuttle bus solves the logistics both ways: a minibus or charter bus handles hotel-to-venue runs before the ceremony and venue-to-hotel runs after the reception, on departure windows you set when you book. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself. For larger guest lists, a 40-passenger charter bus running two loops from the hotel covers almost any headcount.
Call 223-365-4360 to start building your wedding transportation plan.

Lancaster Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Lancaster County's wine trail runs through some genuinely beautiful terrain — and it's genuinely impractical to drive yourself between stops. Lancaster County Winery (799 Rawlinsville Rd, Willow Street, PA 17584) is a short drive south of downtown. Nissley Vineyards (140 Vintage Dr, Bainbridge, PA 17502) sits along the Susquehanna River in Bainbridge, roughly 20 minutes northwest.
Cullari Vineyards and Winery (2 E 28th Division Hwy, Lititz, PA 17543) is out in Lititz, another 15 minutes north. None of these are near each other, and none of them are close to a rideshare pickup point after 8pm.
A Lancaster winery tour party bus sequences the stops for you and handles the routing between venues — no one's navigating unfamiliar county roads in the dark, and no one's making the designated driver decision before the day starts. Groups of 15–25 tend to work best for the county winery circuit; the 20-passenger party bus hits the sweet spot on capacity and maneuverability. Weekend hourly rates in that range run $275–$350.
Call 223-365-4360 to set up your tour.

Frequently Asked Questions About Lancaster Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybuslancester.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Lancaster, Pennsylvania?
Lancaster party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle size, the day of the week, and your itinerary length. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends.
A 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350/hour. Per-day rates for a minibus range from about $1,100 to $2,150. These are ranges — the actual price for your trip depends on your specific date, hours, and vehicle.

What is Partybuslancester.com?
Partybuslancester.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It is not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and it does not own or operate any vehicles. It's an easy way to compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Lancaster — all in one place, without calling each company separately.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is designed around the ride itself — perimeter seating, LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, and a sound system built for a group that wants the trip to be part of the event. A charter bus is designed around capacity and comfort over distance — reclining forward-facing seats, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and WiFi on many vehicles. For a bachelorette night through downtown Lancaster, the party bus wins.
For a group of 45 heading to a Phillies game in Philadelphia, the charter bus is the smarter call. The online quote tool shows both options with pictures so you can compare directly.
Can a charter bus reach Philadelphia or Pittsburgh from Lancaster?
Yes, and both are common Lancaster group destinations. Philadelphia is about 75 miles southeast — roughly 90 minutes on Route 30 to I-76, traffic depending. The Schuylkill Expressway into the city is one of the more congested approaches in Pennsylvania, and post-game exits from Citizens Bank Park or Lincoln Financial Field are notoriously slow.
Pittsburgh is further — about 280 miles west on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, a five-hour haul that's much more comfortable on a charter bus with reclining seats and an onboard restroom than in a caravan of SUVs. Call 223-365-4360 to get pricing for a long-distance run from Lancaster.
Do I need to plan a specific itinerary before I request a quote?
No. A rough outline — date, approximate group size, starting location, and where you're headed — is enough to get started. A support team is available at 223-365-4360 if you have questions about vehicle sizing, how to structure stops for a winery tour, or what timing to build in around a Hersheypark show or a downtown Lancaster dinner. You don't need a finalized plan to get pricing.
Get the quote first; adjust the itinerary as it comes together.
What Lancaster County events book up the bus network fastest?
Prom season (late April–May) is consistently the tightest window in Lancaster County — multiple school districts hold events within six weeks, and the smaller vehicle sizes fill first. Summer wedding season (June–October) is the next pressure point, particularly Saturdays, because barn and farm venues around Lititz, Strasburg, and Ronks generate heavy shuttle demand. The Long's Park Summer Music Series draws consistent weekend crowds June through August.
And the Hersheypark concert season at Hersheypark Stadium fills charter bus availability fast on big show dates. If your event lands in any of those windows, booking three to six months out is the right move.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Lancaster events — a birthday night out, a winery tour, a corporate shuttle — two to four weeks of lead time is workable outside of peak season. For prom, book by January. For summer weddings, book as soon as your venue date is confirmed, ideally six months out.
For high-demand events like major concerts at Giant Center or Hersheypark Stadium, book the moment tickets are purchased. The earlier you lock in a vehicle, the more options you have on size, amenities, and price. Call 223-365-4360 now to check what's available on your date.
Popular Lancaster Party Bus Destinations
Lancaster groups head in a lot of different directions — downtown bars, county wineries, Hershey, Philadelphia, and plenty of stops in between. Whatever's on your itinerary, a bus in the network can get you there. The venues below are some of the most common group destinations in and around Lancaster, with the logistics you actually need to plan the trip.

Penn Medicine Park
Penn Medicine Park (650 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603) is the home stadium of the Lancaster Stormers, an Atlantic League independent baseball team. The 8,000-capacity park sits right in the city's northern downtown, where street parking is metered and the surrounding residential blocks fill fast on Friday and Saturday night games. Groups arriving by minibus skip the Prince Street parking scramble entirely — drop-off is curbside at the stadium entrance, and the bus can stage nearby for the postgame pickup.
Stormers home season runs May through September, with fireworks nights and themed games generating the biggest crowds. Check the official Stormers schedule before your visit for current game times and special event details.
Address: 650 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603 | Phone: (717) 509-4487

American Music Theatre
American Music Theatre (2425 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA 17602) seats 1,600 and books a year-round calendar of touring acts across country, gospel, Broadway, and pop. The venue sits along the busy Lincoln Highway East (Route 30) corridor, where the surface parking lots around the building fill on sold-out shows and the exit back onto Route 30 becomes a standard post-show bottleneck. For groups of 20–40, a minibus drops everyone at the main entrance and picks them up at the same point when the show ends — no one's sitting in the Route 30 lot exit queue.
Check the official AMT show calendar for upcoming dates and ticket availability before booking your group's transportation.
Address: 2425 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster, PA 17602 | Phone: (717) 397-7700

Spooky Nook Sports
Spooky Nook Sports (75 Champ Blvd, Manheim, PA 17545) is one of the largest indoor sports complexes in the country — 700,000 square feet of courts, fields, and event space built inside a converted warehouse in Manheim, about 10 miles north of Lancaster on Route 72. Corporate groups use it for team-building events, and youth sports organizations bus in from across the Mid-Atlantic for tournaments. The Champ Boulevard approach from Route 72 handles traffic well on normal days, but tournament weekends with hundreds of teams arriving simultaneously create real parking pressure across the facility's lots.
A charter bus consolidates your group's arrival to one vehicle and one parking space. Check the official Spooky Nook events page for tournament and event schedules.
Address: 75 Champ Blvd, Manheim, PA 17545 | Phone: (717) 945-7087

Fulton Theatre
Fulton Theatre (12 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603) is one of the oldest continuously operating theaters in the United States — a National Historic Landmark dating to 1852, right on North Prince Street in the heart of downtown Lancaster. It seats just under 700, books Broadway touring productions, concerts, and local repertory shows, and draws groups from across the county for special performances. Parking directly on Prince Street is limited to meters, and the closest garage (the Prince Street Garage at 28 N Prince St) is a block away.
For group arrivals, a minibus drops your party at the theater entrance and picks up at the same point — cleaner than managing a dozen cars through the one-way streets around Penn Square. Check the official Fulton Theatre calendar for current productions.
Address: 12 N Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603 | Phone: (717) 397-7425

Nissley Vineyards
Nissley Vineyards (140 Vintage Dr, Bainbridge, PA 17502) sits along the Susquehanna River in Bainbridge — about 20 minutes northwest of downtown Lancaster on Route 441, through some of the most scenic farmland in the county. The winery runs tastings, a summer concert series (the Nissley Winery Summer Concert Series draws big outdoor crowds June through August), and private events in its restored barn. Getting there is easy; getting back after a full afternoon of tastings and a picnic concert is a different matter entirely.
A party bus or minibus handles the routing from downtown Lancaster through the county roads to Bainbridge and back, so the entire group enjoys the trip without anyone drawing the short straw. Check the official Nissley concert schedule before your visit — summer concert dates sell out.
Address: 140 Vintage Dr, Bainbridge, PA 17502 | Phone: (717) 426-3514

Hersheypark Stadium
Hersheypark Stadium (550 W Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033) holds up to 30,000 for outdoor concerts and is one of the bigger live music venues in Central Pennsylvania — about 35 miles north of Lancaster on Route 72 to Route 322. Post-show exits from Hersheypark Stadium are a known headache: the Route 422 westbound approach backs up significantly, and the Route 743 local alternative isn't much faster after a full-capacity show. Groups driving separately often spend 45 minutes to an hour clearing the venue area before hitting open road.
A Lancaster charter bus to Hersheypark Stadium drops your group at the venue, handles the wait, and pulls out in a commercial vehicle lane while individual cars are still sitting in the lot. Check the official Hersheypark Stadium events calendar for the current season lineup.
Address: 550 W Hersheypark Dr, Hershey, PA 17033 | Phone: (717) 534-3911
